Hi! My name is Paisley. I'm 10 years old and when I was 8, I started a business selling plants for your home & garden! Then I added Christmas decorations, art creations and more!
I started gardening with my dad as soon as I could walk, and when I decided to start a business, selling plants seemed like the obvious answer. These are all plants my dad and I started ourselves from seeds or cuttings, and have been growing under lights in our basement or out in our garden. We don't use chemicals, and the garden plants are hardened off already (which means they won't get sun burnt if you put them right into the garden, but you should still be careful planting them if its really hot & sunny...) Every summer, I sell my plants at a local farmers market.
After my first year of selling plants i wanted to do more! So we started making reindeer and snowmen out of birch logs. We harvest the logs from our yard and build the reindeer and snowmen in our garage.
